Add more salt. Wow, what an abundant...Salt is good. Add more salt. Wow, what an abundant harvest! I can practically smell it from here. We like basil leaves torn up in our salads (also mint and coriander leaves), and we also like Caprese salad with alternating slices of colorful tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, tons of basil leaves, olive oil, and salt. Lemon basil might be great frozen in ice cubes and added to lemonade or iced tea, too. And of course in Thai food. Yum! I envy you that harvest.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
