I always have too much swiss chard. It is so pretty in the garden and really good for us to eat, but only Michael and I will eat it as greens.
I made jambalaya last night for dinner. I used the usual veggies - onion, garlic, tomatos, and peppers. Then I got three really big leaves of swiss chard shredded them in the food processor and added them to the pot. No one noticed and it tasted great. I have done the same thing before with chili, and they ate all of that too.
