Here they are more than a week old and getting some fur. They are really
hoppy even though their eyes are still closed. The brown one is a perfect blend of mom's color and dad's markings. We are calling it "Fat Boy." It is bigger than the others.
Middle Monkey found a bifurcated carrot. He fed it to mommy bunny, Starr.
Look at these babies ! .. wow .. I haven't seen bunnies that young before .. they are strange little creatures .. love the carrot your monkey found to feed mama : )
ReplyDeleteVery cute pictures !
Joy
PS .. Fat Boy and Little Man ? LOL
Hi joy, the still kinda look like rats, but they are way cuter that they were a week ago.
ReplyDeleteAww. I think baby animals are SO cute. Too bad they all grow up so darn fast.
ReplyDeleteFat Boy is too cute! I hope you're keeping him!
ReplyDeleteThanks ofb, no plans to keep any of them, although the monkeys have started to beg.
ReplyDeleteThey are sooo cute! I had a rabbit when I was a kid and to this day it ranks pretty high up in the top pet list.
ReplyDeleteOH CUTE!!! (The sort of picture that makes my voice climb an octave and my brain lose about 10 IQ points...) :)
ReplyDeleteHi Shala, thanks for the bunny love. I think every gardener should have a rabbit, well not a wild rabbit, but a pet rabbit. Rabbit poo is great.
ReplyDeleteHi lewru, they have to take away iq point or no one would ever adopt them.
I heard you can house train them too--the bunnies that is and not the carrots.
ReplyDeleteAnna, I can house train a bunny much faster than I can house train a monkey. Carrots are on their own.
