Hi Dee, It does look like a lot of work and a lot of water and a lot of annuals to be replaced next year. But again, to each their own.
Not my style but you've got to admire the color and the fact that these people love flowers! That cannot be bad! p.s. This is what most people go to flower shows to see and why Butchart Gardens exist.
