A Couple of Tweeks

Here is the final picture of the half barrel water garden with the Curly Whirly Juncas in a green container and the medium sized ball along with the cobalt blue ball. I like this much better.

Manly Man thought Kit Carver needed a goatie. We think it is a nice touch.
My niece is getting married tomorrow. Unless something strikes me as just too funny in the morning, I will be back on Saturday.

  1. The goatee looks very distinguished! But along with the hat, he now looks like one of the Three Musketeers. Perhaps he should now be D'Artagnan (or Aramis) Carver instead! Have a wonderful time at the wedding!

  2. ofb, All we need is some kind of fancy feather in that hat and it would pretty much nail it. Sadly, I have no feathers.

  3. Have fun at the wedding. I like the goatee too. I think I've got some feathers in my craft area. In fact, I don't think there's anything I DON'T have down there! Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exageration.

  4. I don't think anything is ever "finally tweaked" around my place. I'm constantly changing things. Get bored easily, I guess. I love your little pond.

  6. The fun thing about a mini-garden, like your water garden barrel, is that it's fast and easy to rearrange. It's also easier on your back, than digging up a perennial bed.

  8. Just was wondering where in the world did you find those floats? Are they readily available? I really like them. Are they real glass?

  9. Lola, I got mine from my grandmother. I did see some at Frist Monday Trade Days in Canton Texas.
