Okay, I got kind of snarky yesterday about there being a label on my sidebar for these pictures. I felt bad about being snarky so I dug through my picasa stuff and put them together again.
The quilt blocks are a block of the month thing and the star is for my spring master gardener seminar as a silent auction item. The blue jean blanket is um, well its a blue jean blanket. 
I really like the stair block. It's very striking.

Why thank you. I picked those colors. I think I am going to turn it on point and applique flowers around it in borders.
ReplyDeleteI am saving jeans for a quilt like that. It won't get done for years--but I'm dreaming. I want to make a toile quilt too in black and white. There are as many quilt ideas as there are stars in the sky. Love all your blocks!!

ReplyDeleteYou aren't bleeding from poking yourself are you? Those quilting needles can be dangerous--where are you!! I took a few squares with me while you were out.
ReplyDeleteI do bleed on the fabric. Occupational hazard. I was in bed, I will explain it in a minute. You could take some and I would probably never notice.
