meme, meet us at the campout and you can have all you want.
Hi ofb, margaritas are at the campground, more on that later. chili pequino is a little round chili not quite as hot a habenero but hotter than a jalapeno. The plant is a perennial here. I make a mean tobasco type sauce out of it.
Sorry Daphne, I left the cilantro out of the list, but it is right there in the picture. This time I used dried cilantro. It is in the glass jar in the middle of the picture toward the back.
Hey... monkey!!!! MY SALSA!!!
ReplyDeleteYUM!!! Now, where are the margaritas? And what's chile pequino?

Yummy! I love salsa, but haven't tried making my own yet.
ReplyDeleteHI amy, its easy just cut the veggies up and grind them to a pulp in a food processor.
ReplyDeleteThis looks good. My husband loves homemade salsa. I will have to give this a try.
ReplyDeleteSounds wonderful! I just had some peach-mango salsa on my scrambled Egg Beaters. I'm not very original with meals!

Yummy. I would never have thought of putting Worcestershire sauce in. Interesting. I'll have to try it. But where is the cilantro?
ReplyDeleteOh yum! Can I have some too? My friend makes some very good homemade salsa. Now I'm getting a craving for some of that yummy stuff.
