Zucchini Chips

I made zucchini chips this morning. They are all gone now. I ate two medium zucchini all by myself. These chips were good.

Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch chips.
Place on a food dehydrator and sprinkle with seasoning
I used Cajun spice seasoning
Dehydrate until crunchy

I am going to be eating a lot of zucchini.

  3. Wow, sounds yummy! I wonder if I could dehydrate them well enough in an oven...I'm just afraid that if I buy a food dehydrator, it will go collect dust with my juicer, special pancake pan, deep fryer, meat slicer, etc. ;-)

  4. Hi lisa, I have a lot of unused kitchen gagets, but the dehydrator is not one of them. If you grow any herbs, you will use it. I am sure that the oven might work if you can keep the temp low enough.
