Okay, I grew that giant cabbage. Now what do I do with it. I am tempted to try to make sauerkraut again, but I have failed more than once. I was trying to use the tougher outer leaves that are really green instead of light inner leaves. I will make cabbage soup then I may shredd it for kraut. Any suggestions? Yes there is more where that came from.
