Salsa: Another Vegetable Massacre

I was going to simply post a recipe, but thought I picture would be better
Tomato, onion, jalapeno peppers, chili pequino, garlic, lime, Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, cilantro (dry this time).

Can't keep the teenage monkey out of it.

  3. meme, meet us at the campout and you can have all you want.

Hi ofb, margaritas are at the campground, more on that later. chili pequino is a little round chili not quite as hot a habenero but hotter than a jalapeno. The plant is a perennial here. I make a mean tobasco type sauce out of it.

  7. Sounds wonderful! I just had some peach-mango salsa on my scrambled Egg Beaters. I'm not very original with meals!

  8. Yummy. I would never have thought of putting Worcestershire sauce in. Interesting. I'll have to try it. But where is the cilantro?

  10. HI all, enjoy, but don't forget the cilantro.

Sorry Daphne, I left the cilantro out of the list, but it is right there in the picture. This time I used dried cilantro. It is in the glass jar in the middle of the picture toward the back.
