Well, Hello There

While I wasn't paying attention, stuff started to bloom. The mutabalis rose and peach trees are in bloom. The tree is in a neighbor's yard. Do you think it is grafted or just a freak of nature?

The weather almost felt like summer. I even saw a mosquito. Serioiusly, a mosquito, in March. There are also May flies flying all over my house. Somebody, left the back door open and they invited themselves in. I really don't like May flies. They get into everything.

  3. Linda, When I went in the house a May fly hit me in the forehead. When I went out of the house, a May fly hit me in the forehead. I don't love May flies, but I do love spring.

  5. OH, is that what those things are? I was scared to death they were termites ~ funny looking little things. The cats and dog are making short work of them here!

  6. Yesterday when I was outside, I saw my first butterfly of spring. A nice orange one flitting about the flowers. The bees are going to town on the holly trees too.
